Elizabeth Florent Treacy, MSc, MA (Distinction), PhD is a Senior Lecturer and Thesis Director at INSEAD, a global business school consistently ranked among the best in the world.

Dr. Florent Treacy is an accomplished researcher and author. She has written or co-authored dozens of books, case studies, chapters and articles that apply a system-psychodynamics lens to understanding human challenges in organizational life. While she privileges research outputs with accessible and practical implications, she has also published in top academic journals in her field, including Harvard Business Review on-line, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, and Intl Journal of Human Resource Management.  She continues to present her work at academic conferences, such as the Academy of Management Annual Meeting.

In her role as thesis director, Dr. Florent Treacy has supervised hundreds of MA-level thesis projects. She works with students to develop solid bridges between their academic studies and real-world application. She delights in supporting students who seek to develop their research post-thesis in many ways, from in-company action research to articles, books, and PhD studies.

Elizabeth Florent Treacy is also an organizational consultant and certified supervisor (Tavistock Institute for Human Relations, London) for executive coaches and organizational consultants. From 2017-2019 she held the INSEAD Dutch Alumni Research Fellowship in Governance, Leadership and Diversity.

Dr. Caroline Rook, Dipl.-Psych, PhD is a Lecturer and Director of External Staff at Henley Business School, a top UK business school with triple-accreditation. In her work at Henley, INSEAD, and Lord Ashcroft International Business School, she has supervised hundreds of BA, MA, PhD and DBA-level dissertations.
